Mandarin Pure Essential Oil

Friday, February 29th, 2008

By Michael Russell Although the mandarin tree is most commonly found in southern Europe, South America, and Japan, the mandarin tree originated in China. It was named for the Mandarins: the high officials of the former Chinese Empire. The mandarin tree is a member of the orange family. The pure essential oil comes from the outer peel of the mandarin. The mandarin peel is pressed, and from it comes the flowery, sweet aroma scent associated with the oil. This oil is believed to improve mood and “relieve anxiety”. The oil is really a happy oil, as the smell of the oil gives you the feeling of cleanliness. It is safe for all ages, and children especially enjoy the aroma of the oil. Therapeutic Effects of Mandarin Pure Essential Oil There are many ways mandarin oil can uplift your spirits. Its tart, fresh aroma makes the oil useful for combating depression and sadness. It’s properties enable it to ease distress, and it can even act as a gentle sedative. What can pure essential oil of Mandarin do for me? There are many symptoms and problems mandarin pure essential oil can help with. The list can be somewhat overwhelming, but we will cover some of the most common ailments the oil is used for. For starters, it can be used as a natural cleaner around the house. Just add a few drops of oil to some water, dampen a rag, and clean away. The natural antiseptic properties of the mandarin oil will help clean and disinfect the items or rooms you are cleaning. This is especially good for the children’s room, where you would not want the processed chemicals is some of the cleaners in the air, or on the surfaces the children are touching. Second, it helps to prevent stretch marks. Mix mandarin oil with a carrier oil, such as safflower, sweet almond, or grape seed extract, and rub on your stomach every day while pregnant. The mixture should be cup of carrier oil, and 50 drops of mandarin pure essential oil. This oil is safe for pregnant women, so no need to worry. It only prevents, not removes. Sorry! Third, it can also help relieve muscle cramps or tired muscles. Just mix 10 drops of Mandarin Oil and 5 drops of Geranium Oil in 1 cup of milk, and then add to the bath water. You cannot just add oils to water for obvious reasons. They do not mix. You need some sort of carrier, to absorb the oil, then to mix with the water. This is where the milk comes in. As I said earlier, there are many other ailments, but the list is too long to cover. The main ingredient of the oil is the aroma. This is why it is called the “happy” oil. Just the fresh smell of oranges is enough to relax you and relieve your anxiety. Safety information One of the safest oils to use with everyone. Safe to use during pregnancy. Just make sure to take care. Mandarin oil is slightly yellow and will leave a residue in the diffuser lamp. You must also ensure to avoid direct sunlight if the oil has been applied to your shin. The oil is photosensitive, and will leave brown spots on your skin. The spots will go away with time, but it’s just better to not have them. ——————————————————- Michael Russell Your Independent guide to Aromatherapy ——————————————————- Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Michael_Russell http://EzineArticles.com/?Mandarin-Pure-Essential-Oil&id=112856 overdose on ativan ambien buy cr ambien online consultation less expensive purchase ambien cr

Watering Your Garden Effectively

Friday, February 29th, 2008

By Kay J With the blistering heat caused by the summer sun and the fear of severe water shortage, your garden is prone to become dry and wilting. Here is a useful guide so you can make the most of your water supplies when in comes to gardening. Water only targeted areas Target specific area of the plant that needs water. For most plants, water the area of soil around the roots. Do not saturate the plant with water Not only your plants become susceptible to drowning, some of the water will evaporate or run off without being absorbed by the plant. Just water the plant until the soil feels moist. Avoid watering midday Giving water to your plants while the afternoon sun is up would cause the water to evaporate. It is recommended to water the plants early in the morning or evening.] Use a watering can This would target specific areas of the plant more effectively. Avoid using a hose or sprinkler. Do not water when its windy This reduces the risk of evaporation. Water plants less frequently Lesser but more thorough watering helps your plants to develop healthy and deep root systems. Alter the automatic watering systems seasonally Change the settings of your automatic watering systems according to the time of day, season, and level of rainfall. Collect rainwater Put a bucket under a down pipe or gutter to collect rainwater that you can use the next time you water your plants. Improve soil quality Enhance your soil by adding organic matter like compost, manure or leaf mold. This also increases moisture-retaining qualities of the soil. Laser Hair Removal Cost and Considerations

Thursday, February 28th, 2008

By Chonticha Marijne So, you’re tired of shaving and waxing and ready to explore alternatives ways to save time. Laser hair removal cost and additional considerations are the next step. People choose to remove their hair for a variety of reasons, and sometimes, those reasons are medically based. Still, most people opt for hair removal for cosmetic reasons. Laser hair removal cost, and some other issues, should be carefully weighed before making any decision. Laser hair removal cost can be determined by what method you choose. Laser hair removal is done through electrolysis, but there are three different methods of such, and the laser hair removal cost of each one is based on those considerations. Each method targets and damages hair follicles. Galvanic electrolysis employs a direct current of electricity that is passed down through the needle and into the hair follicle. Thermolysis uses a high frequency that alternates current passed through the needle to the hair follicle. The blend method uses a combination of the galvanic and thermolysis methods. Laser hair removal cost is also determined by which method is used. All laser hair removal methods consist of an invisible layer of light that is able to penetrate the surface layers of skin without damaging. Heat from the laser damages only the follicle and hair, preventing its ability to re grow. When weighing laser hair removal cost and safety, keep in mind that laser hair removal requires multiple sessions, and that repeated visits must continue. In time, hair grows back thinner, to lesser degrees. In the beginning, one may generally have another treatment within 4-6 weeks. Gradually, this time frame will increase. Laser hair removal cost is high, but for some, it’s worth it. When considering laser hair removal cost, be advised that results often depend on the skill and experience of the professional doing the procedure. While many people don’t feel pain during the procedure, it all depends on a person’s pain threshold. Bear in mind also that laser hair removal cost might be exacerbated by the need to treat side effects such as reddening and swelling of the area, though upon occasion, mild burning and scarring does occur. Secondary infections may occur, including impetigo or, in some cases, a reactivation of herpes simplex. Use good judgment when thinking about laser hair removal cost and other considerations. Laser hair removal cost can range from between $400-$500 per session. Be aware that most doctors advise that their patients schedule at least four sessions for satisfactory results. The procedure can take anywhere from one to two hours, depending on the size of the area being worked on and there is no need to avoid work or play after laser hair removal. Laser hair removal cost is also determined by the professional providing the service, so it’s wise to shop around. However, laser hair removal cost should not be a deciding factor when making a decision, so remember the old adage, you get what you pay for. Is laser hair removal cost holding you back from taking that final step towards a hair free body? Find about more about laser hair removal cost at http://HairRemovalRevealed.com. Social Security Disability in Virginia: The Five (5) Most Important Factors

Wednesday, February 27th, 2008

By Jerry Lutkenhaus In my 30 years of experience representing claimants in social security disability hearings, I have concluded there are five factors that are significant in almost every case. These are the factors one should consider when applying for disability. SERIOUS IMPAIRMENT: You cannot get disability for a hangnail. Your impairment must seriously affect your ability to work. It must be an impairment In my 30 years of practice, I have always found Social Security Judges to be very sympathetic to a claimant with a serious impairment such as lupus or cancer. YOUR AGE: It is best to be 55 years old or older when applying for disability. The system favors the older applicant. On the other hand if you are under 50 years of age you may have to show you cannot do any job that exists in the national economy. It does not take much physical ability to be a greeter at a Walmart store or a security monitor watcher. If you are under age 50 you will have to show you cannot do those types of jobs. YOUR OWN DOCTORS OPINION: Social Security has a rule that can help most applicants. That rule says if your doctors opinion is well reasoned and based on many clinical visits by you over a period of time then his/her opinion can be granted “controlling weight” in your case. Thus, if your doctor supports your claim, then you have a great chance to win your case. In my experience, 100% support by the claimants own doctor is crucial to success in a claim for disability. I have had a number of cases where the United States District Court has reversed a Social Security Administrative Law Judge precisely because the Social Security Judge did not give enough weight to the opinion of the claimant’s own doctor. YOUR SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL LEVEL: Unfortunately, the more education you have and the more skills you have the harder it is going to be to win a disability case. For example, even if you are over 55 years of age and have a serious orthopaedic impairment if you still can do some sort of clerical work at a desk, you probably will not be found to be disabled. This is especially true if your past skills and education indicate you can do clerical work. However, all is not lost if you can show your impairment prevents you from “sitting” to do clerical work or if your impairment prevents you from the very light repetitive work required of clerical work. THE OPINION OF A SPECIALIST: If you have an impairment such as lupus, some type of cancer, or fibromyalgia, the opinion of your family doctor (although beneficial) will probably not carry the day. What you need is the support of a specialist who treats the particular impairment you have. For example, with fibromyalgia you would need to consult a specialist in arthritis or rheumatology. He or she would at a minimum have to say your fibromyalgia met the American College of Rheumatology diagnostic criteria for the disease. For cancer, you probably need the opinion of an oncologist. SUMMARY, In my 30 years of practice and in doing over 1,000 hearings I have found the above five factors to be the most important elements of a winning disability case. However, even knowing these factors, it is no substitute for not contacting an experienced Social Security Disability Lawyer. Copyright 2006, Jerry Lutkenhaus. The Joy Of Being Dumped!

Tuesday, February 26th, 2008

By Allie Ochs Kleenex boxes, sleepless nights and endless conversations with your girlfriends! You are convinced that the world is coming to an end. He dumped you! He said he loves you and two days later, checked out. You consulted relationship experts, books and advice columns. They all told you the same thing: It takes time to get over it! Yes, it does, but it really matters how you use this time. After being dumped, you feel inferior, even if the relationship was toxic. Being dumped without your consent is a huge attack on your ego. He just made you feel inadequate, unattractive and plain unlovable. You label yourself with the negative feelings you just experienced and sink deeper into the inferiority trap. Binge eating, depression, isolation, anxiety and loss of control are very common. Yes, your world just turned upside down and you feel incapable of going on, but you must stop digging your own grave. Even if there is a chance that he might come back, he will not come back to the same person you once were. For this reason and your own sake, you must opt for positive revenge. Here is the reality of being dumped: He didnt decide against you, he simply decided to move on without you. He will never tell you the real reason why he left. His reason may have nothing to do with you! Accept it and move on. Easier said than done? Not for Jenni! She had been dumped so many times and became an expert. She figured out where she went wrong or why she missed the signs. She realized that most of these relationships were already broken, before the final dump. Even during grief, she refused to surrender to the pain. She never gave her power away to those who hurt her. She always knew there would be another love. Every dumping experience moved her closer to where she is today: Madly in love with the right person. Jenni opted for positive revenge. She decided to be happy and find true love. She kept the vision and never lost hope. After each roller-coaster relationship, she was free to become a better person inside and out. Free to develop into a strong, independent person ready for the real thing. On her wedding day, she thanked all the men who set her free. These past relationships were rehearsals along her journey. She was the expert on speed-recovery indulging in the joy of being dumped: Destroy everything that reminds you of him Never call, sent e-mails or letters to him Never drive by his house Refused to be friends with him Dont buy into getting-back-together later Dont exhaust your friends, get a coach instead Decide to be happy and act the part Eat healthy and loose weight (if you should) Boost your mood by working out Engage in sports Get a facial and a new make-up Buy new outfits Read what nurtures your soul Write a list of all the great things about you Listen to music that lifts your spirit Learn a new skill Get out of your rut Invest money Do things on the spur of the moment Reconnect with friends and family Re-decorate your home Make plans and travel Start dating and find someone better Jenni always emerged after the post-dump phase looking more attractive, younger, healthier and happier. She always became more evolved, more interesting, smarter and more confident. She always turned up with better men and ultimately with her one and only. Looking great, being healthy, fit and happy is the most effective revenge. Finding someone better is the ultimate revenge and you will, if you follow Jennis tips. 2006 Allie Ochs Allie Ochsis a speaker, relationship coach and author of: Are You Fit To Love? Are You Obsessed About Fat?

Monday, February 25th, 2008

By Brian Spooner Do you obsess over your body fat? One weight loss site defines body fat as This is the percentage of a persons body mass that is not made up of; bones, muscles, organs, or water (*). Body fat can lead to many questions and often a confusing subject. What is the right percent of body fat and we all know you can be too fat, but can you be too thin? For most people the ideal fat to lean ratio can vary considerably based on your sex and age. The minimum for good health are about 12% for women and about 5% for men. Most experts state the average for men is 15% to 18% and women is 22% to 25%. Now you need to remember athletes can have body fat amounts much less than these percentages and still be safe, but for most if you keep yourself on the low end of the averages you will be fit and healthy. But some women athletes who lose too much fat risk injury, decreased performance and health issues (about.com). How much body fat is too much? For men fat percents over 25% and for women fat percents over 32% are bad. These levels can cause illness and disease. The illness and disease can include high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. High body fat is now considered a major factor for coronary heart disease, which can lead to you having a heart attack. You may be asking yourself, I am over weight, now what? There are several things you can do, but the most import ones are to start eating right and start exercising. You heard me, there are several so called quick fixes out there, but you want to be healthy! To be healthy you must eat a balance diet, exercise and drink lots of water. You will want to start out slow; you did not get over weigh over night. So, do not expect to get in shape over night. Twenty minutes of physical activity three days a week is all you need. Find something you like. Many people bike, run or swim, but there are many others to choose from. *Source: http://weightloss.indranet.com/terms.html You have permission to publish this article in your web sites, ezines or electronic publication, as long as the piece is used in its entirety including it has a clickable link to www.workoutspot.com, references and copyright info are included. The Path of Relationship

Sunday, February 24th, 2008

By Mark Susnow Each month after completing and fine tuning Letters on Life Im excited about sending it out. Within a few hours I start to wonder about the next letter and whether people will like it. Is it going to be good enough? Because of this concern I procrastinate and wait until the last minute to start writing the next letter. Underlying this version of the fear of rejection or the fear of failure is the question am I good enough? We all have that fear in some form or the other usually stemming from an incident in our youth. Let me share with you when it started for me. I was away from home for the first time at UC Berkeley. There is always someone you meet that you look up to who seems to have all the answers. Mike Breen was that guy for me. I had just turned 17 and at 19 Mike seemed to possess that wisdom and experience about girls that was missing in my life. I remember the defining conversation like it was yesterday.. Mike what do you do if you meet a girl and you really like her and maybe even love her?.And Mike coolly replied with that air of maturity and experience, you tell her how you feel. I confusingly asked What if she says she doesnt love you back? That was one of my biggest fears and a few years later at the end of my junior year I felt that pain of rejection when my girl friend Bobbi told me she loved someone else. I made the decision that I would never feel that pain again so I avoided anyone who could hurt me like Bobbi did. By looking back and examining some of my old patterns I understand what I did to avoid the possibility of experiencing this pain again. One thing I did was to select partners who I knew did not fit my picture of the person I wanted to be with. By finding enough faults with them I could keep them at a distance and eventually move on to avoid getting hurt. Another approach was to select a partner who was emotionally unavailable. They were hopelessly self centered, in other relationships or real afraid of intimacy because of the same wounds that I had experienced. If I was really honest with myself it was obvious from the very beginning. Even though I felt that I wanted a life long partner, this pattern of avoidance lasted for many years. During this phase of my life I had engaged many teachers and mentors and participated in many personal growth workshops and always on some level my focus was on overcoming my barriers to having a great relationship. Sometimes theres a saying or a poem that sticks with you and makes the biggest difference in your life. For me it was the following quote by Anais Nin that inspired me in my quest. And the day came when the risk to remain closed in a bud became more painful than the risk to blossom. Have your ever thought about the connection between trust and risk. To have a great relationship you must take a riskYou must be vulnerable. As you are able to increase your capacity to risk you also increase your capacity to trust. As my attitudes and beliefs shifted I was able to embrace my fears, overcome my barriers and attract my soul mate. Annie believes in me and brings out the best in me. We have been on this journey together for over 21 years. I would like to share with you a few of my insights that have enabled me to embrace this path of relationship. In a subsequent article I will share with you some of my insights as to what is necessary to deepen this journey. We all want to be with someone who we think is special. Regardless of how special they are if they are not interested in you the same way you are interested in them it will never work. Ask yourself if they love you in the way you want to be loved? If they are self absorbed and self centered they probably wont be capable of loving you in the way you want. I think most of us really know the truth in the beginning but we long so much for this special type of relationship that we overlook the obvious. Sometimes we start to think that perhaps theres something wrong with us so we give up on what we really want. We change our values and choose a partner that on some level we know isnt the right one. We usually have a mental image or concept of the kind of person we want to be with. If your partner does not fit that image your emotions and heart will be in conflict with your mind. We all have dreams and goals. Honor them by asking yourself if you and your partner share the same dream. If you have different dreams and a different vision its going to be difficult for the relationship to reach its fullest potential. Pay attention to the clues. If you desire a long term relationship and pick a partner who hasnt had a relationship greater than six months, the likelihood is that this new relationship wont last much longer. I know there are many books written on relationships. These are just some of my thoughtsI realize that a lot more can be said and in the next letter I will focus on things you can do to enhance the quality of your relationship and to deepen your connection. I hope my experiences and insights inspire possibility in your life Feel free to pass this letter on to those in your circle. Where Have All the Disciples Gone?

Wednesday, February 20th, 2008

By Brian Jones Five years ago my family and I started a new church in the suburbs of Philadelphia. When we arrived I wanted the first dollar our church spent to make a statement about the kind of church we were going to become. So I took every penny we had in our churchs checking account, which wasnt much, and blew it all in one day. I called the police station in our area and asked, Where is the most drug infested, crime-ridden neighborhood in our entire region? Without hesitation he named a neighborhood twenty-five minutes away. He said, We send a car there every night, why? I said, Im a Christian and I want to show people Gods love in a tangible way. I thought I would buy groceries for the entire neighborhood. Why the %!@+% would you want to do that? he said. I wouldnt go there without a gun. Knock yourself out. That afternoon I drove to a wholesale grocery outlet and filled every inch of my van with boxes of groceries. When I arrived you can just imagine what I saw. It looked like a scene from a war zone. Broken windows. Graffiti everywhere. Trash throughout the street. Cars on blocks. People passed out on the sidewalk. And here was this young suburban kid looking like Barney Fife with his arms full of pancake mix and peanut butter. To say I was petrified is an understatement. Okay God, I muttered as I knocked on the first door, work through me, your chicken. I was taken back by the response. For the next few hours I gave away groceries and prayed for a prostitute, a drug addict, a guard at the local penitentiary sleeping on the floor of his apartment, and a dozen or so others. These people had nothing. Zilch. As I moved slowly through the neighborhood I touched and hugged and prayed for as many people as I could. When I finally got in my empty van, instead of feeling a sense of joy, I recalled my conversation with the police officer and got angry. Why would that cop be surprised that a Christian would want to do this? I asked myself, Why is it that people have grown to expect so little out of Christians? That word, Christian, has become as tantalizing to an unbelieving world as drinking a warm soft drink at a summer picnic. The Problem With The Word Christian One of the problems with the word Christian is despite its wide use in our culture it is not a real popular term in the Bible. In fact, it only occurs three times in the entire New Testament. It never crossed Jesus lips. Paul never used it. In fact, on every occasion when it does occur the biblical author quotes a non-Christian who used it to describe followers of Jesus. Acts 11:26 tells us, The disciples were first called Christians at Antioch. By whom? The unbelievers in Antioch. Christian comes from the Greek word Christianos which means belonging to Christ. Not a bad word. But it was a nickname non-believers gave us, and for some reason it stuck. Another difficulty with the word Christian is our market-driven culture has taken it hostage. Rather than evoking hostility and persecution, as Jesus said might happen to his followers, Christian has become a corporate marketing niche. Christian offends no-one. In America we have Christian paraphernalia galore. We have Christian bookstores, Christian television stations, and Christian websites. Those who are curious can flip through a Christian bestseller, thumb through one of hundreds of Christian magazines, or sit back and enjoy a blockbuster Christian motion picture. One can quickly find Christian solutions for any and every problem a bewildered American faces. There are Christian exercise videos, Christian weight-loss programs, and now, much to our relief, Christian vitamins. But the biggest problem with the word Christian is it doesnt capture what a Christ follower does. I like titles that are behaviorally descriptive. A baseball player plays baseball. A stockbroker buys and sells company stock. A Christian tells us to whom we belong but not what we do. It isnt an action word. It doesnt carry an inherent job description or implied set of behavioral expectations. It communicates that we belong to Christ, a solid idea in and of itself, but one that has lost its edge in our culture. Disciple: A More Potent Word I want us to dust off an old, seemingly out of date and often misunderstood word. In my mind, replacing the word Christian with this word is a vital key to understanding what it means to be a Christ follower. What is it? Disciple. In fact, from now on, I want to challenge you to use the word disciple every time you are about to use the word Christian. Say both of them out loud. Im glad Im a Christian. Now try, Im glad I am a disciple. At first it is going to seem a little awkward. Your neighbors might think youve joined some strange chicken sacrificing cult. But thats precisely the point. Jim Jones and Charles Manson stole this word from us. Were stealing it back. Disciple occurs not three times, but over two hundred and sixty times throughout the pages of the New Testament. As philosopher Dallas Willard says, The New Testament is a book about disciples, by disciples, and for disciples of Jesus. Derived from the original Greek word mathetes, which means a learner or student, a disciple is someone that learns from a teacher. But according to Matthew 28:18-20, our mission on earth is not just to create Christ followers that learn his teachings, but ones that obey his teachings. Changed Vocabulary Changed Behavior So why use the word disciple instead of the word Christian? When we use the word Christian, we mistakenly give the impression that obeying Jesus teachings is something that can be put off until later, like dieting or changing the oil in the car. We tend to communicate, First you become a Christian, and after that you can work at becoming a disciple. Discipleship is treated sort of like honors courses in high school. Theyre not essential for graduation but a good thing to do if you so choose. According to Jesus, discipleship begins at conversion. Trusting Christ to forgive your sins and getting baptized are simply the first steps of a lifetime of discipleship. With the word disciple, life change is expected. Transformation is assumed from the beginning of ones spiritual journey. Sadly, our culture has caught on to the fact that when it comes to behavior, there is virtually no difference between the way Christians act and the way non-Christians act. Upon completing a poll for U.S. News and PBS Religion & Ethics Weekly, the researchers concluded, Evangelicalstheir distinctive faith asideare acting more and more like the rest of us. Should we be surprised? We are simply reaping what one author calls, the cost of non-discipleship. By far the most important reason we need to re-engage the word disciple is for our skeptical friends. When Christians become disciples we become the salt and light Jesus exhorted us to become. A few years ago I was driving in center city Philadelphia and got lost, which is a common occurrence for me. Without knowing it, I pulled onto a narrow one way road. Cars started barreling towards me. Horns were blaring. Cars were pulling out of my way. People motioned for me to go back the other way and said things I cant repeat. It reminded me of that bumper sticker, If you dont like the way I drive, stay off the sidewalk. Say what you want about my navigational ability, there wasnt a person on that street that (A) didnt know I was there and (B) which direction I was headed. Thats what happens when Christians become disciples. People notice disciples. Disciples do not blend in very easily. Disciples do not just believe differently, they behave differently. They stick out. They provoke. They cause people to think. They jar people to evaluate their lives, even without uttering a word. Disciples point people to the kingdom of God simply by their behavior alone. The result is people want what we have. Isnt this what Jesus intended? Magnetic Energy and DNA

Monday, February 18th, 2008

By Rudy Silva Magnetic energy has been in use for reducing pain and for normalizing body functions for hundreds of years. Recently a new technology has emerged that will move the magnetic healing fields in a new direction. This technology is called the Smart Magnet. The Smart Magnet is an ingenious device, the size of a quarter, which has certain magnetic frequencies programmed into its magnetic pattern. The imprinted frequencies are designed to help a specific area of the body. When these magnets are held close to your skin your DNA picks up this magnetic energy. The body needs energy to work and function. Usually, you dont give much thought about where this energy comes from other than knowing that you get your energy from foods you eat. There are two other energy sources that are critical for your survival sunlight and electromagnetic field energy. The application of electromagnetic energy in our body is called the science of biophysics as compared to biochemistry. It is biophysics that explains how magnetic energy powers all chemical reactions in our body. Your DNA must be fed good magnetic energy It is critical that the DNA in your cells receive good magnetic energy so that it is able to instruct your genes on how to continually replenish, rebuild, replace, and rejuvenate all of your body cells. Your DNA receive good magnetic energy from, * the earth’s magnetic field * the sun * the good or natural foods you eat * other people that radiate a positive attitude * your own body if it is in good health * supplements that your body can assimilate * supplements in ionic form or that are electrical charged * external good magnetic energy from man made devices. Bad magnetic that affects your DNA Anything that interferes or alters the good DNA energy you have in your body can lead to premature aging, sickness, or terminal illnesses. When food is overly processed the magnetic energy of these food is complete eliminated. When you use electrical devices and appliance, these devices have electromagnetic energies and radiations that suppress or interfere with the good magnetic energy that exists and is used by your body. Here is a small list of some of the devices that can interfere and suppress your bodys electromagnetic energy. * Microwaves * Computers screens * Televisions * Cell phones * All appliances * High electrical tension wires * High energy sources * House wiring Smart Magnets provide the bodys need for good magnetic energy, since it is this energy that provides your DNA with energy and information. When Your DNA is fully charged with magnetic energy, it can give your genes the right information to build healthy cells. Failure for your body to rebuild itself will results in a distressed immune system. This failure will lead to premature aging and various unwanted disease symptoms, which later lead into chronic diseases. When your DNA gets plenty of different, good, magnetic frequencies, it will rebuild your body according to these magnetic frequencies. These different frequencies come from eating a variety of raw food. Each food has it own frequency associated with it. It is these magnetic frequencies that activate and promote your DNA to perform its natural function of directing the genes to produce a healthy body. Smart Magnets give you the added magnetic energy you need to jump-start your own internal power. When your internal power gets recharged, you won’t need to use the smart magnets. But you will need to continue eating good charged food and protecting yourself from destructive magnetic energies. Rudy Silva has a degree in Physics and is a Natural Nutritional Consultant. Lessons From Street Preaching-Witnessing One-On-One Thoughts

Saturday, February 16th, 2008

By Paul Ferree One-on-one witnessing can be pretty intimidating. There really is no “easy” way of breaking the ice to be able to share Jesus with someone. No matter what you do, there will always be that split second where youre just going to have to bite the bullet and just say something. The more you do it, the better you will become and the easier it will be. God will teach you AS you do it. Hes big into on-the-job training. (see Matthew 13:12) The more we get over the worries of offending someone or being “effective” the more free we will become. Its quite comforting to find this verse: 1 Corinthians 1:18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God If you go into it knowing and understanding that you will appear foolish it really makes it easier. It also helps you distinguish “those that are perishing”. As Americans, we need to stop trying to package the gospel in something more acceptable to the world. Jesus never did. The gospel message has been and will always be offensive to the world, ALWAYS. It doesnt mean we need to be weird, foolish, or crazy on purpose, it just means we need to be real about it. What we have is better than what the world has, and we need to act like it is. How would you feel if you had $1,000,000 to give to anybody you wanted (knowing that you have an unmeasurable amount of income in the bank and it isnt an issue at all to give a million away)? You would probably be excited to have the opportunity to give it to someone. You find the first poor, beaten down person you run across and approach them thinking that they will jump for joy at the thought of all their worries fading away now that they have this money. However, as you approach the filthy, hungry, poor person they begin to curse you. Not knowing you have the answer to all their problems in your pocket. You dont let that bother you because you know once they see the gift you have for them they will jump for joy and dance at their new turn of luck. Youve put up with the curses and insults and youre inches away from the person. Now is the time!! Here it comes, the moment both of you were waiting for, only he didnt know it yet. You pull out your money and hand it to him. Instead of him jumping and dancing, he curses more! He hits your hand away and becomes increasingly violent pushing you and your gift away because of pride. What a surprise! Imagine someone turning down the greatest gift the world has to offer. Now, how would you feel about your gift? You wouldnt throw it away, or hide it, and never try to give it to someone else. Instead, you would have compassion and pity for that person who couldnt recognize what the gift would do for them. Actually, if someone turned down our million dollars it would almost have an opposite affect to the point where we would say “This guys an idiot!”. We would never take on the feelings of being ashamed or embarrassed. Instead we would be ashamed or embarrassed for the person who doesnt receive it. You wouldnt be discouraged or embarrassed because it has nothing to do with you. Youre just offering a gift. Its no different than the greatest gift the universe has to offerthe gift of the Kingdom of God and restoration to the Father in heaven. Just as you wouldnt hide your million dollars and never attempt to give it out again you cant hide your testimony and the message of the Kingdom if someone refuses it. Its just as foolish, even moreso. Thats easy to understand and comprehend, but I dont think thats the real problem. I think the root of the problem is that most of us dont believe that what we have is better than what the world has to offer. We want to believe it is, but our actions prove otherwise. Until we believe everything Jesus told us, we will feel like were offering the world monopoly money expecting them to believe it will make their lives better. What we have is real, and we have to believe that first before we can ever expect the world to believe it.
